Following a market study with our producers, we quickly realized that existing machines do not meet their current and future needs. Users of these machines complain that they are much too slow in relation to the size of the tractor required to power them.

We came to the conclusion that a machine should be produced requiring less power while giving you more performance. To accomplish this, we designed a large diameter cutting rotor fitted with fixed blades, combined with an adjustable grate. As well, a continuous auger feed a powerful blower that functions equally well in very wet hay as in dry hay.

No wonder we are not afraid to say that the Agri-Chopper is the most versatile machine on the market!

The cutting rotor is made up of numerous rigid blades. It's weight, acting like a flywheel, never sends an abrupt shock to the tractor's power take-off. No gear box, belt or chain is used to drive the rotor, eliminating any risk of unecessary breakdown.

Thanks to it's blower, the Agri-Chopper can be used for various farm operations, such as : cutting up round bales of wet hay used to feed the herd, blowing dry hay into a TMR mixer, spreading straw in free stalls, chopping corn stalks to serve as bedding. Many poultry producers use the Agri-Chopper to reduce their bedding costs

The blower on the Agri-Chopper-H is equipped with a chute that pivots 360° and can throw material up to 20 feet. This blower was designed to work equally well with wet hay as with dty hay.

All chain or belt drive systems are equipped with automatic tightner to minimize maintenance.

2 strong, retractable paddles turn the bale, ensuring the tub is emptied completely and eliminating any risk of waste. The 2 doors on the tub facilitate loading when used inside a farm building.

The Agri-Chopper works equally well with rectangular bales of any size.

To turn the Agri-Chopper, the operator does not have to manipulate several cumbersome levers at the same time. Only one lever is required to operate the machine, accessible from the tractor seat.
