The TMR-Express smooth tumbling action mixes all ingredients. A heavy duty rotor keeps the whole batch moving inside the round shaped tub to create a gentle tumble-mix effect, resulting in a freshe and fluffy ration; this means big nutritional advantage and increased milk production.

• Direct traction by two hydraulic motors
• Steering wheels strategically set under the driver allow short turning radius and easy maneuverability
• Large oil reservoir to prevent overheating
• Hydraulic oil filtration system = longer life and better performance of the hydraulic components
• Bottom of the mixing chamber and discharge auger u-trough lined with UHMW polymer
• Honda motor with electric starter
• Foot operated parking brake
• Handy discharge door opening lever
• 6 ply tires – Drive wheels can be mounted on tractor type tires (optional)
• Mixing rotor and discharge auger are driven by double V-belts and heavy roller chains
• Scale
• A single load cell attached to two big levers relays the information to a weightronic indicator

Simple drive mechanism of the rotor and discharge auger. 

Dual-V belt and roller chains ensure low maintenance and reliability. 

Drive wheels are mounted directly to hydraulic motors. Both motors are fed by a powerful hydrostatic pump, eliminating high maintenance items such as differential or speed reducers. A morereliable, yet simplified technology.
