Duties and responsibilities

  • Analyze workstations, value chain, methods and processes
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement workshops and activities
  • Manage continuous improvement projects and follow up on the action plan
  • Implement and maintain the appropriate performance indicators
  • Conduct data collection and analysis
  • Plan and organize benchmarking meetings
  • Act as a consultant to internal clients
  • Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement
  • Facilitate change management

  • College diploma (DEC) in industrial engineering or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in continuous improvement or similar field
  • Experience with an ERP system (asset)

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
