- Prepare parts, equipment, and structures before treatment.
- Install and replace blasting abrasive as required.
- Operate shot blasting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean, strip, remove oxidation from, and prepare metal surfaces before painting or other treatments.
- Inspect blasting quality according to established standards.
- Perform touch-ups as needed to ensure a flawless finish.
- Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, or other material handling equipment when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow work procedures, quality standards, and production targets.
- Properly wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any issues, defects, or situations that could compromise health, safety, or product quality.
