Excellent agitation is crucial to the performance of any separation system. Valmetal industrial-series agitators are based on the same beefy 6” x 8” (15 x 20 cm) main beam and drive system used in our pumps, giving them the strength and rigidity needed for deep pits.

Vertical electric agitators are installed in the receiving pits and are used to chop and mix the bedding and manure into a more homogeneous liquid. The uniform consistency of the manure facilitates pumping and allows separation systems to operate smoothly.
