6’’ and 8’’ models
The 6" and 8" (15 and 20 cm) Vertical transfer pumps are designed for wastewater, hog manure or other non-bedded liquid manures. The rubber lower bearing withstands milkhouse chemicals and silo leachate, making these pumps the ideal choice for these tough jobs. For use in thin liquids / maximum slump test of 1/4'' (6 mm).

The 6” (15 cm) version is direct-drive by a 5 HP motor for maximum simplicity. For larger jobs, choose the 8” (20 cm) belt-drive model for use with 7.5, 10 or 15 HP motors.
12’’ and 16’’ models
The 12'' and 16'' (30 and 41 cm) Vertical transfer pump are designed for agitating and transferring liquid manure with short bedding. Use the efficient volute-housing for most applications or choose the round-housing model for thicker manure.

20'' models
The 20'' (51 cm) Vertical transfer pumps deliver powerful agitation and fast transfer of bedded manure. The large impeller blades handle debris and rougher bedding with ease. For use in regular slurry / maximum slump test of 3/4'' (18 mm).

Valmetal 20” (51 cm) pumps feature the innovative swivel-cannon agitation to provide coverage in every direction. Choose from floor or wall mount, or the hydraulic lift kit for safe and easy pump removal.

Agitation controls
Choose between manual, hydraulic agitation controls or transfer-only. Only our larger models (12'', 16'' and 20'') can be equipped with hydraulic controls.
Agitation nozzle
Our smaller models (6'' & 8'') for highly liquid material can be equipped of a bottom-only agitation nozzle with 270 degrees rotation, while all other models can have an aimable 120 degrees vertical agitation nozzle with 270 degrees rotation.
Hardox Abrasion-Resistant
The feature of choice to deal with sand conditions: the Hardox AR. Available in option for 12'' and 16'' volute models and standard on our 20'' models.
