This programmable controller automatically manages the loading and distribution of bedding into stalls or pens.
The apron chain speed can be adjusted to optimise the spreading for different types of bedding material. The apron carries the bedding to the beaters, where it is fluffed up before dropping into the discharge.
Loading and unloading of the correct amount of bedding is automatically controlled by the electronic scale in the panel control box.
Direct discharge drops bedding directly below the robot, At low speed, this mode allowing one-pass coverage of double-row stalls. The optional power spinner distributes bedding to either side of the robot to cover wide pens in a single pass.
The charging sequence starts as soon as the robot stops at the charging station. The intelligent battery charger mon-itors the battery condition and stops automatically when the batteries are totally charged.
The robot easily and silently makes its way through the entire barn on this overhead rail to distribute the bedding without disturbing the animals. Rail deviators shorten the routes to deliver bedding to the maximum number of stalls in the minimum amount of time.
The 7” (18 cm) touch-screen makes it easy to set the desired routes, the optimum spreading pattern, and the amount of bedding delivered to each area.
