- Able to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong reasoning skills
- Demonstrates autonomy, precision, and attention to detail
- Holds a valid overhead crane operation certification (an asset)

- AEP in production equipment operation or a related field
- Comfortable working with CNC-controlled equipment (an asset)
