- Operate the shot blasting machine and prepare parts;
- Clean the work area after each operation;
- Prepare cleaning solutions according to established procedures;
- Wash parts;
- Properly dispose of chemical waste in accordance with procedures;
- Prepare parts by grinding, scraping, and sanding as required;
- Apply body filler (when required) and powder coating;
- Operate the curing oven;
- Inspect parts throughout each stage of the process.

Duties and responsibilities
- Compressed work schedule with Friday afternoons off
- Up to 5 weeks of vacation per year, including 3 weeks starting on your first day
