- Prepare customer orders based on priorities established by the system;
- Perform visual inspections of parts and products;
- Execute inventory transactions accurately within the system;
- Unload trucks using the appropriate material handling equipment;
- Collect and verify shipping and receiving documentation from drivers;
- Conduct visual inspections and reconcile purchase orders with received goods in the manufacturing management system;
- Notify the Purchasing Coordinator of any non-conforming or damaged materials received;
- Locate and organize parts within the warehouse;
- Prepare bills of lading and shipping documentation;
- Prepare shipping documents for small parcel carriers (Purolator, Dicom, UPS, etc.);
- Support operational activities and provide assistance to other departments as required.
