After several years of using the Valmetal separation system, the Bos Farms team continues to rely on the performance of our equipment as well as the support provided by our team.
To further optimize its process, the farm integrated two Xpress PS pasteurizers into its manure separation system. This upgrade allows the farm to ensure cleaner, higher-quality recycled manure bedding, while reducing labor requirements, fuel consumption, and dust in the barn environment.
Working in a sandy environment, this addition has brought a key advantage: the recycled bedding is now less abrasive, helping reduce wear on the entire system and extend its lifespan.
With this integrated approach, Bos Farms benefits from a more efficient system that helps improve overall farm productivity and herd comfort.
