- Be the first responder (mainly remote) for troubleshooting and technical requests from customers or the sales team by using a ticketing system;
- Contribute to the selection of equipment to meet the needs of the installation;
- Participate to the creation of service bulletins in collaboration with the Technical Writer;
- Train users on products or equipment as needed (e.g.: service school)
- Visit farms as needed to solve technical problems (testing, troubleshooting)
- Participate in equipment design
- Contribute to the improvement of existing products and be responsible for certain product lines
- Perform prototype testing with the workshop team;
- Manage tests to identify, analyze and resolve a problem situation in collaboration with a team of designers.
