- Act as a first responder for troubleshooting as well as for technical requests from customers and the sales team, both remotely and in person, using the Zendesk call management system
- Test parts under warranty
- Assist with the start-up of automated systems when required
- Help write service bulletins
- Train users on products or equipment as needed (service school, etc.)
- Visit farms as needed to perform testing and/or troubleshooting

Your profile
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex mechanical concepts.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for creating exploded views and working with assemblies.
- Strong attention to detail, rigor, and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills in both French and English.
- Understanding of machine safety standards and best practices in technical documentation (IEC/ISO, ANSI, CSA, OSHA).
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
Qualifications
- DEP in Industrial Drafting or equivalent.
- Experience in manual writing (asset).
- Bilingualism in French and English required (written).
- Knowledge of ERP and PDM systems (asset).
