Project overview
With an ecological aspect, this project goes beyond the usual use of Valmetal equipment. In fact, the V-MIX 400 vertical mixer is used for mixing various organic residues for composting. Big Lake Organics takes care of collecting school leftovers and fishery waste, as well as wood scraps and shavings and turns them into highly nutritious compost. This will be used to fertilize the surrounding fields and gardens. A great environmental initiative that also supports local agriculture!
Given the success of their activities, owners Jamie Tucker and Todd Rothe are considering to expand their production capacity.
