- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, to communicate with English-speaking customers and suppliers.
