- Respond to requests from supervisors and assess maintenance intervention priorities;
- Plan preventive maintenance activities using the Guide TI maintenance management software;
- Create, monitor, and close preventive and corrective work orders;
- Monitor and document acidity levels at wash stations and implement corrective actions when required;
- Maintain inventory records for spare parts and maintenance supplies, and place orders as needed;
- Order health and safety equipment and supplies (harnesses, first aid kits, etc.);
- Coordinate with external contractors for waste and residual material management;
- Obtain quotations from specialized contractors for technical projects and oversee contractor activities during execution;
- Register and maintain equipment records within the Guide TI system;
- Prepare an annual report on equipment condition and performance;
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members;
- Train employees on the safe operation and use of equipment;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the team;
- Conduct employee evaluations at the end of the probation period and during annual performance reviews;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to workstations and production environments;
- Fabricate machine guards and safety protection devices.
