- Support the production release department in releasing work orders
- Ensure the release of the quantity of parts identified during stocktaking and according to quantity analyses
- Help update manufacturing recipes in the ERP manufacturing management system (PowerWare) in collaboration with the production and engineering departments
- Follow up on certain parts in production
- Assist supervisors with production releases and work planning
- Collaborate with the person responsible for setting up the perpetual inventory
- Help implement parts locating
- Perform the necessary follow ups, audits, and analyses to ensure inventory is properly maintained
- Make the necessary validations for the release of production orders and commands.
- Help the production teams learn and use inventory management software tools
- Perform all other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor
