Project overview
The farm needed a better way to control cattle feeding while maximizing the available space inside the barn. The goal was clear: deliver a consistent ration to 50 head quickly while allowing cattle to feed from both sides of the bunk.
To meet this need, a system combining an 18-inch belt feeder with a 24-inch belt conveyor was installed. Feed is carried directly from a mobile mixer to an H-bunk located in the center of the barn. This simple, efficient configuration distributes the complete ration in just 5 to 6 minutes.
