- Participate in defining candidate profiles in collaboration with the HR Advisor and managers.
- Draft and post job openings on various platforms (ATS, specialized job boards, social media, etc.).
- Actively contribute to the entire recruitment process (resume screening, pre-qualification calls, interviews).
- Take part in external recruitment activities (job fairs, school events, partnerships with employment organizations).
- Prepare and ensure follow-up on HR documentation (letters/memos, forms, employee files).
- Support the logistics and organization of HR activities (onboarding, internal training, employee communications).
- Provide general support to the HR team in its projects and initiatives.
