- Contribute to the creation of relevant and engaging content (text, photos, videos) for our various communication channels (website, social media, brochures, newsletters, newspapers, magazines, videos, etc.).
- Travel on site (trade shows, farms, events) to produce or support the creation of photo and video content.
- Work closely with Human Resources to develop and implement employer branding and recruitment strategies through digital campaigns, social media, events, partnerships, and more.
- Manage and coordinate the advertising and editorial calendar in alignment with marketing and HR strategies.
- Actively participate in the organization and logistics of events (corporate, client, HR, trade shows, open houses).
- Coordinate and optimize sponsorships and open house agreements to maximize their impact.
- Monitor industry and competitor activity to identify trends, innovations, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, sales, marketing, and communications teams on various projects.
