- Manage and supervise the accounting team and its activities
- Prepare financial statements and other internal reports
- Oversee the year-end file and collaborate with external accountants
- Ensure effective internal control procedures are maintained
- Make recommendations to ensure efficient and innovative accounting processes
- Help implement and update inventory and costing tools
- Participate in the budgeting process and develop sales price lists
- Prepare performance indicators
