- Develop the project charter, including scope inclusions and exclusions, objectives, risks, constraints, deliverables, governance, and required resources.
- Structure stakeholder needs and define the mandate’s success criteria.
- Ensure the project scope is realistic, aligned, and approved by the sponsor and the PMO.
- Prepare diagnostic, analysis, and design workshops in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping (VSM), problem analysis sessions, prioritization workshops, and solution co-creation sessions.
- Facilitate discussions, capture pain points, surface ideas, document findings, and foster a constructive environment.
- Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities aligned with project objectives.
- Build a detailed project plan including actions, owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, and performance indicators.
- Implement project governance and monitoring tools (dashboards, risk registers, schedule tracking, budget tracking, RACI).
- Ensure the delivery of project deliverables in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce progress reports for the VP, PMO, sponsors, and executive committees.
- Prepare and present project status updates, including benefits, issues, risks, budgets, and required decisions.
- Ensure the project governance framework is applied and respected.
- Act as a PMO representative to promote project management best practices, tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Positively influence stakeholders to support adoption of the targeted processes.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and collaboration.
- Support change management by communicating benefits, clarifying impacts, and accompanying teams through change.
