- Participate in market needs analysis to discover emerging trends in the agricultural sector;
- Responsible for advancing the “Stage Gate” design stages within a multidisciplinary project team;
- Responsible for the improvement and management of the product lifecycle for one or more product lines, from design to market withdrawal;
- Serve as the technical reference for the product line under your responsibility;
- Perform mathematical calculations and risk analysis;
- Test prototypes in collaboration with the workshop team;
- Occasionally travel to client sites for analysis, support, and prototype testing;
- Design equipment considering production capabilities (DFMA);
- Monitor product performance and propose strategic adjustments
