- Participate in various stages of the talent acquisition process (from candidate search to new employee integration)
- Ensure the welcome of new employees and prepare welcome documents (gifts, forms, etc.)
- Enroll employees in collective insurance and retirement plans
- Ensure the compliance, organization, and maintenance of employee files and HR documentation
- Prepare various HR communications (memos, appointments, anniversaries, etc.)
- Assist in the administrative coordination of HR department projects and programs (performance management, recognition program, HRIS, etc.)
- Keep HR data such as statistics and key performance indicators up to date
- Participate in managing personal protective equipment, including the yearly order of work clothes
- Respond to general information requests from managers and workers
- Prepare and organize meetings, training sessions, and other events
- Prepare training files for the 1% Training Law
- Prepare and organize information to be transmitted to the payroll service
- Provide occasional administrative support to other departments as needed and as capacity allows
- Perform any other related tasks
