V-Blades

V-blades are low maintenance and easily adapt to variable width alleys. The replaceable wear-board can be reused four times for maximum economy.

Choose from:

• Steel wear board for general use
• Abrasion-resistant wear board for sand
• UHMW wear board for rubber flooring
• Two-way reversible blades
• Optional end roller

Straight blades

Straight blades feature replaceable hardened wear parts for low maintenance cost. Pivoting arms can be swung closed for tractor passage. Assembled at 3° or 17° angle.

Choose from:

• Steel blades for general use
• Replaceable AR steel edges for sand
• Replaceable urethane edges for rubber flooring
• UHMW or metal wheel set
• Rubber or steel shoe

Tube-rider system

Continuous centerline slot produces the cleanest alleys.

Standard corner wheels

Standard corner wheels feature a removable top for easy cleaning. They are available for cable or chain drive units.

• 19’’ (48 cm) wheel on 2-1/2'' (6 cm) Dura-Core pads

HD corner wheels

HD corner wheels for chain drive units require less maintenance and have greater durability than standard models. The double row angular contact ball bearing is double sealed and is protected between two layers of grease. Sand and manure can be removed by greasing the wheel.
