Tensioning systems
Manual hydraulic tensioner (Dura-Chain XL, Flex and 2XL)*
- Hydraulic cylinders raise the sliding drive module to take up slack and tension the chain.
- The manual pressure unit requires only a few pumps of the lever to maintain proper tension.
- Regulator maintains proper tension under varying loads.
Automatic tensioning system (2XL and Xtreme): The electric power unit automatically maintains perfect tension under all conditions. The dual tension wheels on Xtreme provide maximum adjustment range for long systems.

Chain hardened to resist wear
- The chain can withstand the steel-on-steel or steel-on-concrete wear that scraper chains are exposed to.
- The chain can be run in a 2'' x 2'' (5 cm x 5 cm) floor groove, or this compact chain can run on top of the floor without creating cow disturbance.
Dura-Chain Xtreme: The most powerful model
Designed for the heaviest loads, the Dura-Chain Xtreme drive unit features self-aligning 15'' (38 cm) wheel assemblies and a rigid frame for the heavy-duty planetary drive.
