Daily HR Operations Support
- Provide administrative support to HR Advisors and the HR Business Partner/Health & Safety (H&S) in their day-to-day activities.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, communications, and presentations.
- Maintain and update various employee records and files.
Recruitment and Talent Attraction
- Assist with job postings and the pre-screening of candidates
- Participate in selection interviews and contribute to candidate evaluations
- Support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation activities
Participation in HR Projects
- Contribute to the logistical aspects of implementing the integrated Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
- Conduct research and analysis on various HR practices to support the team’s decision-making process
